You need to make your way to Checkpoint 3, where you need to slow ride up the small rock-slope and you will see a Sign Warning your about Moose. You need to hook your front wheel over the rock-slope and wait for 3-5 seconds. In the background, you can spot a Moose who'll jump up from a bush.
