Mini Ninjas is cool game I played on the Xbox 360 a while ago, but I have always wanted it on the Wii because my friend had it when I was younger and I was never able to play it. Anyways, I enjoyed it on Xbox 360, so I thought I would also get on the Nintendo Wii for the motion controls, I haven't played it yet, but it is in the unplayed pile.

L.A. Noire was really cool, I remember seeing game play of it on YouTube about 7 years ago thought it was really neat. I also really like American 1940's styling in general, the old car, the pinstripe suits, the slang every wise guy uses. I thought the questioning aspect of the game was pretty cool and the story was really interesting.

Duke Nukem Forever I thought was a "really out there" game, I played Duke Nukem 3D on the Xbox Live Arcade a while ago and thought it was pretty cool. I saw the game in a second-hand store for something like £3 so I had to pick it up. Again I haven't played it yet, but I am looking forward to it.

Halo 4 in the Metal Case is pretty neat, I have already played Halo 4 multiple times, through the 360 release and in the Master Chief Collection. I have always been a huge Halo fan, so again I saw it for about £5 and picked it up.

Need for Speed: Payback was really good for a Modern Need for Speed Game, I wanted to play it seen it was released but really didn't want to pay £40 for it. But I got it later for cheap and I thought it wasn't as good as the classic NFS games, but a lot better then the more resent games in the series. I thought the multiple classes of cars was neat with Drag, Drift, Race, Offroad & Runner, all being self-explanatory, apart from Runner, when you are trying to out run police cars from pulling off heists and data collections.

Lightning McQueen Mattel Toy Car, firstly I honestly loved Disney Cars & Disney Cars 3, ignoring the second film... I love cars and I saw the first film when I was 8, which I think properly kick-started the love for cars. Also the toy was given to me by my friend as a joke for a late Christmas present, so it was a win/win situation.

Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets was a really great film, I believe it was swept under the rug by bigger films coming out at the same time. Based of the French Comics, Valerian and Laureline, I thought the story was pretty awesome and the Special Effects were even better, creating the world of a thousand alien species, weapons, gadgets and vehicles, the film was pretty great and was unfairly rated.

Scott Pilgrim vs. The World did terribly at the box office, but was loved by critics and even has a large cult following, based of the Comics, it is the most faithful comic/book adaption ever down to the graphics, story and script. I really enjoyed this film, especially being directed by one of my favourite directors ever, Edgar Wright, I thought Michael Cera was great as Scott Pilgrim and Mary Elizabeth Winstead as Ramona Flowers, I thought the one-screen couple worked extremely well together and the film flowed will on a whole.

LEGO Beatles Yellow Submarine a little bit of an impulse buy as I loved the Beatles and I love LEGO, also I heard that the model was ending its production soon anyways, so I had to get it. Anyways it is destined to arrive on the 2nd of February but I bought it on the 22nd of January... anyways I am sure it will look really neat on my desk in my office.

So that's it for now. Thank you.

Battle with Red - Pokemon Heart Gold and Soul Silver

After Red defeated the Elite Four, he went of to train, to the very best that no one ever was, he resides on top of Mount Silver. Hail will rage throughout the battle. He is the strongest trainer in the game. He has a full team of 6 Pokemon; Pikachu, Lapras, Snorlax, Venusaur, Charizard & Blastoise.

Pikachu
Level: 88
Types: Electric
Ability: Static
Attacks: Volt Tackle, Iron Tail, Quick Attack & Thunderbolt
Weakness: Ground
Strategy: Avoid Rock/Ground Pokemon such as Rhyhorn because of Iron Tail, Earthquake is gonna work the best. Avoid physical attacks to avoid being paralysed.

Lapras
Level: 80
Types: Water/Ice
Ability: Shell Armour
Attacks: Blizzard, Brine, Psychic & Body Slam
Weakness: Grass, Fighting, Electric & Rock
Strategy: Lapras will be immune to the ongoing hail throughout the battle. Electric-Types are going to work the best, a move like Thunderbolt will be great against Lapras.

Snorlax
Level: 82
Types: Normal
Ability: Thick Fat
Attacks: Shadow Ball, Crunch, Blizzard & Giga Impact
Weakness: Fighting
Strategy: A Fast Fighting Type is going to be the best bet here, possible something with protect to avoid getting hit by Giga Impact and Blizzard.

Venusaur
Level: 84
Types: Grass/Poison
Ability: Overgrow
Attacks: Sludge Bomb, Giga Drain, Sleep Powder & Frenzy Plant
Weakness: Psychic, Ice, Flying & Fire
Strategy: A fast Psychic-Type will work a treat here, avoid being poisoned and sleep powder, if not a bulky Steel-Type will also work well as it will resist grass and be immune to Sludge Bomb.

Charizard
Level: 84
Types: Fire/Flying
Ability: Blaze
Attacks: Flare Blitz, Air Slash, Blast Burn & Dragon Pulse
Weakness: Electric, Rock & Water
Strategy: A Bulky Water-Type is your best bet, something with Surf or Hydro Pump/Hydro Cannon is going work well.

Blastoise
Level: 84
Types: Water
Ability: Torrent
Attacks: Focus Blast, Flash Cannon, Blizzard & Hydro Cannon
Weakness: Grass & Electric
Strategy: Blastoise is a beefy Pokemon, try using Electric-Type Moves, or even a Water-Type with an Electric Move like Slowbro, Starmie or Lantern. Once Blastoise gets into the Yellow Zone, Torrent is going to kick in and make Blastoise's Water Moves more powerful.

Once he is defeated, he will disappear, because he understands that there will always be someone stronger than you.

How to catch Latias & Latios - Pokemon Heart Gold and Soul Silver

Image result for pokemon heartgold and soulsilver logo

First you will need to go to Saffron City and talk to the Copycat and ask for her Poke Doll back. You then can go to Vermilion City and talk to the man sitting on the sofa with a Clefairy, inside the Pokemon Fan Club, he will give you the Poke Doll. Then you can go back to the Copycat and give the Poke Doll back to her.

When you step out side of the Copycat's House, Steven - the Champion of Hoenn, will talk to you about Latias and Latios, they now will become Roaming Pokemon. Latios can be caught in SoulSilver and Latias can be caught in HeartGold.

Roaming Pokemon will continuously jump around the map to different route each time you; encounter a Pokemon, fight a trainer, enter a new route, enter a building, etc. So the best way of catching a Roaming Pokemon is to stock up on Repels, and go to a route where there is a patch of grass near the route entrance or building. Spray a repel and have a Pokemon which is higher than the random Pokemon but lower than 40 so you can encounter Entei and Raikou. This can take a while.

Latias is one of the Eon Pokemon, it is a Dragon/Psychic Type. It is weak to Bug, Dark, Ice, Ghost & Dragon. It has 4 moves; Water Sport, Refresh, Mist Ball & Zen Headbutt. Its signature move, Mist Ball, is a powerful Psychic-Type Attack, which also lowers the opponents's Special Attack.

Latios is one of the Eon Pokemon, it is a Dragon/Psychic Type. It is weak to Bug, Dark, Ice, Ghost & Dragon. It has 4 moves; Protect, Refresh, Luster Purge & Zen Headbutt. Its signature move, Luster Purge, is a powerful Psychic-Type Attack, which also lowers the opponent's Special Defence.

How to catch Entei & Raikou - Pokemon Heart Gold and Soul Silver

Image result for pokemon heartgold and soulsilver logo

Entei and Raikou are both Roaming Pokemon, what that means is that they will continuously jump around the map to different route each time you; encounter a Pokemon, fight a trainer, enter a new route, enter a building, etc.

As soon as your encounter the Roaming Pokemon, it will flee. You have time to use 1 Item or attack if your Pokemon is faster. You can just throw the master ball and catch it easily.

As there are more than one Roaming Pokemon, you'll have to trap the other Pokemon in a battle, this can be done with a Pokemon with Mean Look, Block or Spider Web, or have a Pokemon with the ability Arena Trap. All of these Attacks/Abilities will make it impossible for Pokemon to flee from battle.

Entei is one of the Legendary Beasts, it is a Fire Type. It is weak to Ground, Rock and Water. It has 4 moves; Roar, Fire Spin, Stomp & Flamethrower.

Raikou is one of the Legendary Beasts, it is an Electric Type. It is weak to Electric. It has 4 moves; Roar, Quick Attack, Spark & Reflect.
