Mob Heads are an extremely rare drop from killing mobs. This may take an extremely long time; Whither Skeleton have the highest percentage to drop a Mob Head, which can be made into spawning the Whither.

Once you have the Mob Head, you need to kill another one while wearing the Mob Head, it can be worn like a Pumpkin or Helmet.

Emeralds can be mined with an Iron Pickaxe or better, there are rare, less rare than diamonds but they will only spawn as only 1 block, rather than diamonds spawning as 2-6 blocks.

Emeralds can also be traded with Villagers, their first trade is also the worst. But the more trading you do with that villager, the better the trades become. Villagers can be found in Villages, which spawn naturally throughout the Minecraft World. Don't get confused with Zombie Villagers and Witches, these mobs will attempt to kill you.

Rushing a Room can be done by pressing Up on the D-Pad, while hovering over a room.

There is a chance that the Rush could fail, which cause a Room Emergency to occur, such as Fire, Mole Rats, Radroaches or Radscorpions. Successfully pulling off a Rush will cause the your Dweller's Happiness to decrease, but you will also get Caps in return. The task will also take lower to complete next time.

A Room's Rush Fail Percentage will be smaller if there are less Dwellers in that Room, also if the Dweller(s) in that room have increased SPECIAL for that room.

Experience Points are be gotten through; Smelting, killing Animals, killing Enemies, killing other Players, mining Coal, Redstone, Emeralds and Lapis Lazuli.

When Enchanting, you will need 30 Level of Experience and at least 3 Pieces of Lapis Lazuli; you are looking for the Enchantments of;

Sharpness

Smite

Bane of Arthropods

Doing this will hopefully raise your Diamond Sword to have at least a +9 damage. Then attack an enemy or another player, dealing at least 9 Hearts of Damage in a Single Hit.

You will need:
Splash Potion of Weakness
Golden Apple

Splash Potion of Weakness can be made with a Fermented Spider Eye, brewing it with a Water Bottle, in a Potion Stand, using Blaze Powder as its heat source. Then add a some Gunpowder to make it into a Splash Potion.

Next you need a Golden Apple, they are rarely be found in Dungeon Chests. Or can be crafted with an Apple and 8 Gold Ingots.

Zombies Villagers spawn rarely at night and in caves, or you can force the zombication to happen upon a Villager by luring a zombie towards a Village and allowing to bash down the door and eat the Villagers' Brains turn them into Zombie Villagers. Either way, you need to find a Zombie Villager.

Once you have found a Zombie Villager, it would be best to lock him away from other enemies so it isn't killed by them or you are not killed by them. Throw the Splash Potion of Weakness at the Zombie Villager, then quickly use the Golden Apple, press Left Trigger when you are in front of the Zombie Villager, the Grey Potion Effect will then turn Red. The process of the Zombie Villager turning back into a Villager can take up to 5 minutes. After 5 Minutes, the Zombie Villager will turn back into a Villager.

You need to craft a Brewing Stand with 3 Cobblestone and 1 Blaze Rod.

Next place Blaze Powder in the Powder Box of the Brewing Stand.

Place a Water Bottle in the Bottom Box and a Fermented Spider Eye in the Top Box, this will create a Potion of Poison.

Next you need to place some Gunpowder in the Top Box, this will make it into a Splash Potion.

Finally find a Witch and throw the Splash Potion at the Witch.

Apples can be found by breaking blocks of leaves from an Oak Tree, but they are rare.

Gold can be found underground and has to be mined with an Iron Pickaxe or better.

You make the Gold Ingots into a Block of Gold, you need to put 9 Ingots in the crafting table to turn it into a Block of Gold.

The Notch Apple, sometimes called an Enchanted Golden Apple gives the user; Heals 4 Hunger, Absorption IV (2:00), Regeneration II (0:20), Resistance (5:00) and Fire Resistance (5:00). It is extremely expensive to craft but has a lot of positive buffs.

First off you will need;

Blaze Powder can be made from Blaze Rod which are dropped by Blazes.

Netherwart can be found in small gardens in Nether Fortress in the Nether.

Pufferfish can only be found while fishing, but are rare.

A Brewing Stand is crafted with 1 Blaze Rod and 3 Cobblestone. Afterwards you need to place a Water Bottle in the Bottom of the Brewing Menu. Then place Blaze Powder in the "Powder Box" (Top Left Bottom with the Blaze Powder Outline). In the Top Box you need to place a Netherwart.

This will brew into an Awkward Potion. Then you need to place a Pufferfish in the Top Box to brew a Potion of Water Breathing (3:00). If you would like you can make it into a Potion of Water Breathing (6:00) by adding Redstone Dust in the Top Box, but it is not needed.

Next you need to go underwater and drink the Potion of Water Breathing, remaining underwater for 2 minutes in total. With the effects of the Potion, you can breath underwater and see much clearer underwater as well.

A Free Diver is someone who dives without Breathing Gear, such as Oxygen Tanks. Staying under water for long times, longer than the average person, up to 15 minutes on one breath.

To Craft a Cake you will need;

Wheat can be grown from Seeds. To get seeds you need to destroy some Grass. Next plow from land near a water source and allow it to grow and harvest the fully-grown wheat.

Sugar can be made from Sugar Cane will grow next to a water source.

Eggs can be dropped by Chickens every 15 Minutes or rarely from the Chicken is killed.

Bucket of Milk to need to click a Cow with a Bucket, a Bucket is made with 3 Iron Ingots.

Craft the cake and place it down. The cake can be eaten into 7 Slices, which each slice healing 2 Hunger - making 14 Hunger in total.

This is a reference to Portal, when Chell is tricked into thinking that G.L.a.D.O.S. has bake a cake for her, for a birthday - but the Cake is a Lie.

On A Rail - Minecraft

Travel by Minecart to a point at least 500m in a single direction from where you started - 40

Firstly, you need to craft a Minecart - 5 Iron Ingots are need to craft one.

Second - it would help if you start at a high point to get starting boost, then you need to travel 500 metres = 500 Blocks out from that direction. This is going to be really expensive - You will need at least 480 Rails and 20 Powered Rail.

Rail is made with 6 Iron Ingots and 1 Stick.

Powered Rail is made with 6 Gold Ingots, 1 Redstone Dust and 1 Stick. Powered Rail needs a Redstone Torch is power it, which needs to be places next to the Powered Rail.

You are going to need at least 160 Iron Ingots, 160 Gold Ingots, 20 Redstone Rust and 180 Sticks.

Continue out till you reach 500 Blocks long and get into the Minecraft and ride the rails.

When Pigs Fly - Minecraft

Use a saddle to ride a pig, and then have the pig get hurt from fall damage while riding it - 40

Saddles can be found in Dungeons, Desert Dungeons, Jungle Dungeons and Underwater Temples, but are rare to find. Once you have a Saddle, place it on the back of Pig, you want to craft a Carrot on a Stick - it isn't needed but it is a lot easier to control the pig with it. A Carrot on a Stick can be made with a Fishing Rod and a Carrot. Fishing Rods can be made with with 2 Sticks and 3 Pieces of String and Carrots can be dropped by Zombies or found in Dungeon Chests.

Finally mount the Pig and command the Pig, using the Carrot on a Stick, to walk of a edge so when it falls it will take fall damage when it lands.

Destroy a Ghast with a Fireball - 30

Ghasts can be found in the Nether. To need to deflect a Fireball shot from the Ghast and shoot it back and kill it with it. You will need a Iron Sword or better, you need to hit the Fireball back towards the Ghast to kill it. Seems simple, can be difficult to do.

Ghasts drop Ghast Tear when the die, Ghast Tears can be made in various Potions.

Relieve a Blaze of its rod - 20

To get a Blaze Rod you need to kill a Blaze. They only spawn from a Blaze Spawner which can be found in a Nether Fortress, in the Nether. Blaze can easily become overwhelming, as they float off and shoot fireballs at you from a distance.

Blaze Rods can be made into Blaze Dust which can make an Eye of Ender which can help locate an End Portal - as can be made in various potions.

Teleport over 100 Metres from a single throw of an Ender Pearl - 20

Ender Pearls are dropped by Enderman. I do recommend that you build a tall 1x1 Block Tower at least 100 Blocks tall, then throwing the Ender Pearl to get more distance. Throwing it at a 45 Degree Angle will also help for distance.

Throwing an Ender Pearl will teleport you to where it lands, this is pretty much how Enderman are able to teleport around.

This is a reference to Start Trek, where the crew of the USS Enterprise would call to Scotty to beam up from the surface of a planet back to the USS Enterprise. "Beam Me Up, Scotty."

Construct an Enchantment Table - 20

You need to craft an Enchantment Table, to do so you need;

2 Diamonds

4 Blocks of Obsidian

1 Book

Diamonds can be mine, with an Iron Pickaxe or better, underground.

Blocks of Obsidian can be mine with a Diamond Pickaxe. Obsidian can form naturally or you can pour water on to Lava to make it.

Books need 3 Pieces of Paper and 1 Piece of Leather to craft, 1 Piece of Paper needs 3 Sugar Canes.

Once crafted you can put it down and begin in Enchanting;

You can enchant; Swords, Axes, Hoes, Pickaxes, Armour, Fishing Rods and Bows - when enchanting it will cost you a small amount of Experience Points and Lapis Lazuli which can be mined. You can upgrade your Enchantment Table by building Bookcase around the Table to increase the Enchantment Levels you can get.

Into the Nether - Minecraft

Construct a Nether Portal - 30

To build a Nether Portal you need to mine 14 Pieces of Obsidian, or 10 to build the portal without the corner blocks. To mine Obsidian, you need to mine it with a Diamond Pickaxe. Obsidian can form naturally or you can pour water onto lava to create it.

Once you have mine all the Obsidian you need, you need to build a Portal, being 4 Blocks wide and 5 Blocks tall. Then you need to light a Nether Portal on fire with a Flint and Steel. Doing this will create the purple Nether Void. Standing in the Portal will transport you to the Nether.
