Perform 25 Ultimate Drifts Skill in the 1992 Hoonigan Mazda RX-7 Twerkstallion - 50
I found it the easiest to get the Ultimate Drift Skills around Figure of Eight in the Dry Reservoir, south of the Airport and the Mine. Carry a lot of speed into the corner and get a good slide on early to ensure that you have enough room on the end of the corner.
This is a play on words between "Rocking Horse" and the "Twerkstallion" - a Rocking Horse being a child's toy rocking horse and the Ultimate Mazda Rockin' around corners side ways.
