Elite Four Champion: Blue - Rival

Blue has six Pokemon; but it depends on what your starter was:

If you chose Squirtle - Pidgeot, Alakazam, Rhydon, Arcanine, Gyarados & Venusaur

If you chose Bulbasaur - Pidgeot, Alakazam, Rhydon, Gyarados, Exeggutor & Charizard

If you chose Charmander - Pidgeot, Alakazam, Rhydon, Exeggutor, Arcanine & Blastoise

Pidgeot

Level: 61

Types: Normal/Flying

Attacks: Wing Attack, Mirror Move, Sky Attack & Whirlwind

Weakness: Ice, Rock & Electric

Strategy: Solid Ice or Electric Attacks are your best bet, Pidgeot can Whirlwind your Pokemon out if it doesn't feel like battle that Pokemon.

Alakazam

Level: 59
Types: Psychic
Attacks: Psybeam, Psychic, Reflect & Recover
Weakness: Ghost & Bug
Strategy: Recover will heal it HP when low and Reflect will raise its Defence, making it a Bulky Sweeper. Alazakam is probably the strongest Pokemon on his Team, if you don't have any Super Effective Attacks a powerful STAB move will work best.

Rhydon
Level: 61
Types: Ground/Rock
Attacks: Leer, Tail Whip, Fury Attack & Horn Drill
Weakness: Ice, Ground, Water, Grass & Fighting
Strategy: Rhydon can't really do must damage a part from Horn Drill being an Insta-Kill Attack but is inaccurate. A solid super-effective move will be best.

Arcanine
Level: 61 or 63
Types: Fire
Attacks: Roar, Leer, Ember & Take Down
Weakness: Ground, Rock & Water
Strategy: Arcanine isn't going to do a lot of damage, but it can Roar out Pokemon it doesn't want to battle.

Exeggutor
Level: 61 or 63
Types: Grass/Psychic
Attacks: Hypnosis, Barrage & Stomp
Weakness: Ice, Flying, Bug, Fire & Ghost
Strategy: Barrage can do a lot of damage depending on if it hits 5 times, Stomp can cancel your Pokemon performing Fly and Hypnosis will make your Pokemon fall asleep, Exeggutor can be annoying.

Gyarados
Level: 61 or 63
Types: Water/Flying
Attacks: Dragon Rage, Hydro Pump, Hyper Beam & Leer
Weakness: Electric & Rock
Strategy: Gyarados is strong but a Super-Effective Attack will knock it out quickly.

Blastoise
Level: 65
Types: Water
Attacks: Hydro Pump, Blizzard, Bite & Withdraw
Weakness: Electric & Grass
Strategy: Withdraw will boost Blastoise's Defence, Blizzard and Bite can hit hard. Hydro Pump will hit hard but Blastoise will have to rest next turn.

Venusaur
Level: 65
Types: Grass/Poison
Attacks: Growth, Mega Drain, Razor Leaf & Solar Beam
Weakness: Psychic, Flying, Ice & Fire
Strategy: Growth will boost Venusaur's Attack, Razor Leaf and Mega Drain can hit hard, as well as regaining Hit Point. Solar Beam will take a turn to charge up but will hit hard once it strikes.

Charizard
Level: 65
Types: Fire/Flying
Attacks: Fire Blast, Rage, Slash & Fire Spin
Weakness: Electric, Rock & Water
Strategy: Fire Spin will trap you in a Fire Spin which is annoying, as well as Rage and Slash doing a lot of damage. Fire Blast will hit hard but Charizard will have to rest next turn.

Once you defeat Blue, you get to put your Team in the Kanto Hall of Fame.

P.S. I know the Rival's doesn't have to be Blue, but that's what I called him.
