Win a Street Race in the 1972 Hoonigan Chevrolet "Napalm Nova" - 25
This is easy, you just have to win a Street Race - the easiest is probably Beachside Blast Street Race in Surfers Paradise. The Napalm Nova will wheel spin off of the line but will carry its speed through the straights really well.
This is a reference to Napalm Nova as it was built to burn tyres.
