Lance has five Pokemon; Gyarados, Dragonair, Dragonair, Aerodactyl & Dragonite.

Gyarados

Level: 58

Types: Water/Flying

Attacks: Hydro Pump, Dragon Rage, Leer & Hyper Beam

Weakness: Electric & Rock

Strategy: Electric Attacks would be best as Hydro Pump can count Rock-Types. If it uses Hyper Beam it will have to rest for a turn, use this to your advantage.

Dragonair

Level: 56
Types: Dragon
Attacks: Agility, Slam, Dragon Rage & Hyper Beam
Weakness: Ice & Dragon
Strategy: Hit hard with Ice or Dragon Attacks, not too strong.

Dragonair
Level: 56
Types: Dragon
Attacks: Agility, Slam, Dragon Rage & Hyper Beam
Weakness: Ice & Dragon
Strategy: Same as Dragonair Number 1.

Aerodactyl
Level: 60
Types: Rock/Flying
Attacks: Supersonic, Take Down, Bite & Hyper Beam
Weakness: Ice, Electric, Water & Rock
Strategy: With the most weaknesses, Aerodactyl can hit hard so you need to hit harder back. It can also confuse you, so hit hard with great STAB move.

Dragonite
Level: 62
Types: Dragon/Flying
Attacks: Agility, Slam, Barrier & Hyper Beam
Weakness: Ice, Rock & Dragon
Strategy: Ice and Rock Attacks would be best, like Ice Beam and Rock Slide. Dragonite can become beastly if you allow it, setting up Barrier and Agility. If it uses Hyper Beam it will have to rest for a turn, use this to your advantage.
