Ludwig von Koopa is the boss of World 7.
Tower Battle:
Ludwig fires a slow-moving chasing Dark Blue Magic Blast from his staff. Ludwig fire his staff then jump high into the air and run in the air, then jump down, attempting to stomp on your head. He runs in the air, just like Yoshi can. Once he is hit, he will spin from side to side around the battle area.
You'll need to hurt him 3 times.
Castle Battle:
Before the battle starts, Kamek uses his magic staff to make 3 elevating platforms appear. Ludwig fires 4-burst slow-moving Dark Blue Magic Blast from his staff. Ludwig will jump up into the air and slow appear at the top of the screen and fall onto the platform you are standing on. You'll have to jump off it and then jump back onto his head quickly. Once hit, Ludwig will spin from side to side on the platform he was standing on.
You'll need to hurt hum 3 times.
