How to catch Regigigas - Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire

Image result for pokémon omega ruby and alpha sapphire logo

Firstly, you will need to have all three Regis on your Team - now you'll have to mean some requirements.

You must have caught either Primal Groudon or Primal Kyogre, depending on your game.
You must have given Regice a nickname. (Name Rater in Slateport City)
You must have given Regice a cold item. (Never-Melt-Ice, Casteliacone, Icy Rock, Icicle Plate or Snowball)
You need to allow at least one day to pass some catch the last of the Regis.

Now you need to go back to the Island Cave on Route 105, where you caught Regice.

Go into the Island Cave, and through the secret passage into the backroom, Regigigas will then strike as you move into the centre of the back room.

Regigigas is the King of the Regis

Level: 50
Type: Normal
Ability: Slow Start
Attacks: Foresight, Revenge, Wide Guard & Zen Headbutt.
Weakness: Fighting

Its signature ability, Slow Start, causes Regigigas' Attack and Speed stats to be halved for 5 turns.

Nintendo Wii Mini was a cool console in my opinion, it's just a smaller, faster, red-er Nintendo Wii. I also got a Red Nintendo Wii Controller with built-in MotionPlus, and a Red Nintendo Wii Nunchuck. Instead of having a slot for games, you open the lid like a Play Station 1, which I thought was cool.

Call of Duty 3 is a cool retro COD game, I have never played it but from what I have seen, it's an old first person shooter with the ability to drink Jeeps around in some levels. I own most of the other Call of Duty titles, so I thought I might as well pick it up. I haven't played it yet, but I'm not expecting to be blown away by it.

Assassin's Creed: Chronicles - India is another instalment to the AC Chronicles series, I played AC Chronicles China and thought it was pretty swell, so I bought the second one in the series. Instead of a 3rd person open-world game like the mainstream Assassin's Creed games, it is instead a 2.5 Dimensional Side-Scrolling Stealth game. You still go around assassinating people, sneak around in the shadows and use various historical weapons to kill guards, but it's a different look on Assassin's Creed.

Fortnite is an large multiplayer survival game, you drop out of a flying bus, parachute down to the island and attempt to be the last one surviving. You need to stay inside the safe zone otherwise you will eventually die. Yes, it is Public Battlegrounds in a cartoon-y manner. Yes, I bought because everyone else was playing. But too be fair to the haters, it is a fun game which you can easily get into and waste a couple of hours.

Pokemon - The First Movie is the first time Mew and Mewtwo are properly in the Pokemon Anime, with Mewtwo challenging all of the strongest trainers around to a battle; showing that Mewtwo is the ultimate evolution and is smarter than any other trainer and stronger than any other Pokemon. I remember watching the movie when I was about 5, and I still like Pokemon so I thought I would pick it up and have a nostalgic couple of hours.

Black Panther was a standard Marvel Film. I really enjoyed, still not my favourite, but it was pretty great. I thought Chadwick Boseman, as Black Panther, played the role great, I also thought the Black Panther Vibranium Suit was really cool as well. I'm happy to see Michael B. Jordan has been given a second chance to be a superhero, previously playing the Human Torch in the terrible Fantastic Four Reboot, I thought Michael played the character Killmonger really well, but the make-up which made up his scars covering his body were really odd and weird.

Not much this time, Thank you.

How to catch Regice, Regirock & Registeel - Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire

Now that you have unlocked the Regis' sealed ruins, you will be able to go and catch them.

Firstly Regice:
You need to go to Route 105, stay on the West Side, once you see a long thin sandy island, surf around and up the other side it and you will arrive at the Island Cave.

There will be a large text on the wall in Braille saying "STOP AND WAIT UNMOVING AS TIME PASSES BY YOU TWICE", what that means you need to read the text and not move for 2 minutes. Once the 2 minutes is up, a secret passage will open up with Regice inside.

Regice is the Legendary Golem of Ice

Level: 40
Type: Ice
Ability: Clear Body
Attacks: Bulldoze, Curse, Ancient Power & Amnesia
Weakness: Fire, Steel, Rock & Fighting

Secondly Regirock:
You need to go to Route 111, and travel South to the bottom of the desert and you will arrive at the Desert Ruins.

There will be a large text on the wall in Braille saying "RIGHT, RIGHT, DOWN, DOWN, THEN USE YOUR STRENGTH." So do what it is says, move 2 spaces to the right, then 2 spaces southward and then use Strength, a secret passage will open up with Regirock inside.

Regirock is the Legendary Golem of Rock

Level: 40
Type: Rock
Ability: Clear Body
Attacks: Bulldoze, Curse, Ancient Power & Iron Defense
Weakness: Grass, Fighting, Ground, Steel & Water

Thirdly Registeel:
You need to go to Route 120 and on the southside of the route, there is some stairs with a pond. Then head slightly north through the tall grass and you will arrive at the Ancient Tomb.

There will be a large text on the wall in Braille saying "STAND CENTER. AIM TO THE SKY WITH LOVE AND HOPE AND TIME." So stand in the centre of the room and use Fly, a secret passage will open up with Registeel inside.

Registeel is the Legendary Golem of Steel

Unlocking the Regis - Pokemon OmegaRuby and Alpha Sapphire

Image result for pokémon omega ruby and alpha sapphire logo

Firstly you need to catch a Relicanth and a Wailord. Relicanth can be found in nearly all of the Underwater Areas and a you will need to catch a Wailmer then level it up to Level 40 for it to evolve into a Wailord.

Then, starting from Pacifidlog Town and Surf on the lowest route, until you get to a sandy island on the start of Route 133, cross into Route 134 and surf from the island in the middle of the notch on the west side. You will then be forced into a small calm part of the ocean where you will be able to Dive underwater.

Once you are underwater, continue southwards to a place where you will be able to rise from the depths. This place is called the Sealed Chamber. There will be 8 large stones with the alphabet in Braille written on them. On the back wall there is large text saying "DIG HERE". Use Dig and a hole in the wall will appear. You will be able to get into the backroom and there will be another large text saying "FIRST COMES RELICANTH. LAST COMES WAILORD." So put Relicanth at the beginning of your party and Wailord at the end of your party and read the text again. A large rumble will be heard and 3 seperate ruins will now have opened, holding the Legendary Regis.

The Delta Episode - Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire

Image result for pokémon omega ruby and alpha sapphire logo

So you have completed the game, now you're hoping for a quiet, relaxing post-game... we'll you're not in luck, as there is a bunch of stuff to do; for example, the Delta Episode.

You'll watch a cutscene with Steven talking to Professor Cozmo about a meteorite. Also a mysterious Draconid Girl called Zinnia arguing about Primal Reversion and other super-ancient Pokemon.

You'll start in Littleroot Town, where you'll talk to your mum and dad. You are told to talk to May/Brendan, in which you'll then go to Petalburg City and have to battle a Team Magma Admin/Team Aqua Admin. Wally will then tell you to go to the Devon Corporation, in Rustboro City, and talk to Mr. Stone. Once she is defeated, Steven will call you, telling you to go to Mossdeep Space Center. Steven and Professor Cozmo will talk about an incoming asteroid. Where Zinnia bursts in and tells you to go to Meteor Falls. You will need to Surf and Waterfall you're way to the backroom where Zinnia will be talking with an Draconid Woman. Then you'll be called to back to the Devon Corporation to defeat 3 Team Magma/Team Aqua Grunts who are attempting to take over the building. A Devon Corporation Scientist will tell you that a Thief is making his way to the Mossdeep Space Center, where you'll have to defeat a Horde of Team Magma/Team Aqua Grunts, all with Mightyenas. You'll also have to defeat an Admin in a Double Battle on the top floor. After they are defeated, Zinnia says she is going to the Team Magma Hideout/Team Aqua Hideout to get back her "key stone".

You'll need to make your way to Maxie's Room/Archie's Room where Zinnia will get back her "key stone" and head to the Sky Pillar. You need to go back to Mossdeep Space Center to tell Steven what is happening. Steven says to go to the entrance of the Cave of Origin, in Sootopolis City. Gym Leader #7: Tate & Liza - Psychic

Tate & Liza have 1 Pokemon each; Lunatone & Solrock. Their gym contains totems with large gaps separating each one, you can activate a Psychic Bridges which link the totems together. This is the only Double Battle Gym Battle in any Pokemon Gym so far.

Lunatone
Level: 45
Type: Rock/Psychic
Ability: Levitate
Attacks: Light Screen, Psychic, Hypnosis & Calm Mind
Weakness: Bug, Grass, Dark, Steel, Ghost & Water
Strategy: Take out Lunatone first, before it can set up too many buffs or put someone asleep. A Grass, Dark or Ghost gonna work the best.

Solrock
Level: 45
Type: Rock/Psychic
Ability: Leviate
Attacks: Sunny Day, Rock Slide, Psychic & Solar Beam
Weakness: Bug, Grass, Dark, Steel, Ghost & Water
Strategy: Something like Ghost, Grass, Bug, Steel would work best as they will be super effective.

Best Strategy: I used a Gardevoir and Mega Swampert, Gardevoir using Protect and Mega Swampert using Surf. Surf hits all Pokemon but Gardevoir will be protected from it. Also Solrock's Solar Beam will take 2 moves to work, either setting up Sunny Day or using Solar Beam with the sun.

Once you defeat Tate & Liza you will get TM 04 Calm Mind and the Mind Badge.
