You get the Armour of Altair, you need to discover all the secrets of the Assassin's Tombs.
You'll complete one, Catacombs underneath Santa Maria Novella, through natural completion of the story.
Each of the Assassin's Tomb Discovery will give you 20 Gamerscore.
Assassin's Tomb Locations:
Venice - Santa Maria della Visitazione
San Gimignano - Torre Grossa
Venice - Basilica di San Marco
Forli - Rocca di Ravaldion Fortress
Florence - Santa Maria del Fiore (The Duomo)
Once you have collect the 6 Assassin Seals - Return to the Villa Auditore and travel down to the Sanctuary and place the 6 Seals at the bases of the Statues.
The cage will open and allow you to have the Armour of Altair.
