Gym Leader #6: Jasmine - Steel

Jasmine has three Pokemon; Magnemite, Magnemite and Steelix. Her gym has no puzzle, you don't even have to battle any trainers, this is thanks from Jasmine for saving her Ampharos, Amphy, so he can light up the lighthouse once again.

Magnemite

Level: 30
Types: Electric/Steel
Ability: Magnet Pull
Attacks: Thunder Wave, Thunderbolt, Supersonic & Sonic Boom
Weakness: Ground, Fighting & Fire
Strategy: Pretty Easy to take out, Magnemite is weak but can paralyse and confuse you.

Magnemite
Level: 30
Types: Electric/Steel
Ability: Magnet Pull
Attacks: Thunder Wave, Thunderbolt, Supersonic & Sonic Boom
Weakness: Ground, Fighting & Fire
Strategy: Pretty Easy to take out, Magnemite is weak but can paralyse and confuse you.

Steelix

Level: 35

Types: Steel/Ground

Ability: Sturdy

Attacks: Screech, Iron Tail, Rock Throw & Sandstorm

Weakness: Ground, Fire, Water & Fighting

Strategy: Steelix will set up Sandstorm on its first turn which will buffer all non-Steel/Ground/Rock-Types throughout the battle. Iron Tail and Rock Throw are strong moves, so hit hard with a move like Flamethrower, Surf or Drain Punch.

Once you defeat Jasmine, you will get TM 23 Iron Tail and the Mineral Badge.
