Gym Leader #4: Erika - Grass

Erika has three Pokemon; Victreebel, Tangela & Vileplume. Her gym is easy, you need to use Cut to cut down the Cut Trees to get to Erika, you don't have to fight all of the trainers.

Victreebel

Level: 29

Type: Grass/Psychic

Ability: Chlorophyll

Attacks: Stun Spore, Acid, Poison Powder & Giga Drain

Weakness: Psychic, Ice, Flying & Fire

Strategy: I recommend sending something out first who can inflict status and mess with its stats, who you don't mind losing. Then send out your sweeper who can take it out quickly.

Tangela

Level: 24
Type: Grass
Ability: Chlorophyll
Attacks: Poison Powder, Constrict, Ingrain & Giga Drain
Weakness: Ice, Poison, Flying & Fire
Strategy: Poison or Burn Tangela and it will become a lot easier to defeat.

Vileplume

Level: 29
Type: Grass/Poison
Ability: Chlorophyll
Attacks: Sleep Powder, Acid, Stun Spore & Giga Drain
Weakness: Psychic, Ice, Flying & Fire
Strategy: Something fast and super effective otherwise you'll get bogged down with poison, paralyzed and sleep status effects.

Once you defeat Erika you will get TM 19 Giga Drain and the Rainbow Badge.
