Steal 5 Horses from their riders, while remaining on Horseback - 20
Firstly you need to find yourself a horse, then you need to come alongside a Borgia Guard on Horseback, once alongside them you will be able to hijack their horse by pressing X. You need to do this 5 times, jumping from horse to horse. If you come off before the 5 horse hijacking, you will have to start over.
This is a play on words from "Grand Theft Auto" & "Dressage". Dressage is the skill and art of horse training, while the criminal act of stealing a motor vehicle.
