Perform a Perfect Launch during a Drag Race - 5
There are plenty of Drag Race throughout the story mode, you need to hold the accelerator, so that the accelerator needle is in the Green Zone while waiting for the Green Light to light up.
The phrase "no bogging" is a term which means that car isn't slow when getting away of the line in a race, mostly drag races.
