To get the Eeveelutions in Pokemon Go, it's different from the original Pokemon games. In the original Pokemon Games you get:
Vaporeon - Water Stone
Jolteon - Thunder Stone
Flareon - Fire Stone
Espeon - Evolve in the Day with full Happiness
Umbreon - Evolve at Night with full Happiness
In Pokemon Go you need to give Eevee a certain name so it will evolve into a certain Evolved Form.
Vaporeon - Rainer
Jolteon - Sparky
Flareon - Pyro
Espeon - Sakura
Umbreon - Tamao
