Conquer the Nevado Del Ruiz Volcano in under 2:00 - 5
This is easily done in Season 3, Episode 2, Scene 22. By getting to the bottom of the Volcano you will get a Bronze Medal, there isn't much rush, it's not terribly difficult to get to the end of the route within the time limit.
