Pop 128dB in the Michigan Building - 5
This is done in Season 3, Episode 1, Scene 7. While driving the Hennessey Exorcist, turn sharply with the throttle hard down. You will need to tap the handbrake to start the donut, continue doing donuts until you have reached 128dB.
