This is done in Season 3, Episode 1, Scene 15. While driving the Hennessey Exorcist you need to hold down the throttle so that it is in the Green Zone all of the time. You can't just hold down the throttle, you need to feather the throttle in such a way that it's over-revving the engine in the Red Zone, but enough so you still spin the tyres.
