Have Groot and Groot (Small) in a party - 10
You'll naturally unlock Groot by playing through the campaign.
You need to have Player 1 as Groot.
You need to have Player 2 as Groot (small).
Groot (Small) can either be selected through the character menu or by holding the change character button to turn Groot into Groot (Small).
This is a reference to the Guardians of the Galaxy, where at the end of the first film, Groot sacrifices himself to protect the other members of the Guardians of Galaxy when Ronan the Accuser's Ship crashes down onto the planet of Xandar. Usually, Groot can only say "I am Groot", but he is able to say "We are Groot", just before crash-landing.
