Have Cosmo and Lockjaw in a party - 10
Lockjaw is unlocked naturally by playing the story.
Cosmo is unlocked by completing the "Fetch! Mission".
You need to have Player 1 set as Lockjaw.
You need to have Player 2 set as Cosmo.
