Have Morbius, Cap-Wolf, Triton and The Living Mummy in a party - 15
Triton is unlocked naturally by playing the story
Cap-Wolf is unlocked by completing the "An American Cap-Wolf in England Mission".
The Living Mummy is unlocked by completing the "Pyramid-Life Crisis Mission".
Morbius is unlock by completing the "Moaner the Vampire Mission", which becomes available after the "Pyramid-Life Crisis"
Once you have all 4 Characters you need to go into a Free Play Level which has at least 4 Playable Characters. Once in the level, having all 4 Characters active.
This is both a reference to the Marvel Team, The Howling Commandos, as well as the classic cinema monsters. The Howling Commandos have a rotating roster of Monster-like Heroes within the Marvel Universe. On the other hand, the 4 characters are pretty much the bases for the original cinema monsters: The Werewolf (Cap-Wolf), Zombies/Mummies (The Living Mummy), Vampires (Morbius) & The Sea Creatures (Triton).
