Heatran can be located in the Back Room of Stark Mountain, this the part after you've been double battling with Buck for a while. This Level 70 Pokemon, is said to be the one who can create volcanoes and cause them to erupt.
Rotom is the Legendary Volcano Pokemon. It is a Fire/Steel Type. It is weak to Ground, Fighting & Water. It has 4 moves; Iron Head, Fire Spin, Lava Plume & Scary Face.
