Complete a Terrorist Hunt mission in under 2 minutes - 20

This may seem difficult, but it can be rather easy if you know what you're doing.

Firstly, while in the main menu, press start, then go into Option. There you can tweak the gameplay in your favour.

In Matchmaking Preferences, Turn Off Terrorist Hunt Classic, Disarm Bomb & Protect Hostage, leaving Extract Hostage the only game type available for Terrorist Hunt. Then scroll down to Map Preferences and choose House, turn off all other maps. This is because House is the small and the easy to get around.

Then go Lone Wolf, Normal Difficulty, Terrorist Hunt. The only game that will keep playing is Extract Hostage on House. I recommend choosing a 3 Speed Operator, I like Ash. Choose to spawn at the APC Area, which makes the hostage always spawn in the Laundry Room or the Workshop; knowing the location of the hostage is half the battle. I like using Ash because I know that the hostage will be in one of two locations, and Ash has two explosive rounds in her grenade launcher. Breaching a wall or window, then throwing a Flashbang Grenade, is the best way to get rid of enemies in the room, taking them by surprise. Once you have killed the enemies in the room, grab the hostage as quickly as you can and make your way towards the extraction zone, which will be either at the Docks or Outside the front door, depending on where the Hostage is located.

Once you grab the hostage, you'll be forced to use your sidearm. I recommend not using the revolver as it only has 6 shots in the chamber. Once the hostage has been picked up, all enemies will know your location, as well as there will be 3-4 enemies who have spawn in the extraction zone will shoot at you. When in the extraction zone, it is helpful to use the Hostage as cover, yes I know it's not very morbid, but your life is worth more than the hostage's.

This is a reference to the "Hit and Run Move" which is a high risk, high reward strategy used in Baseball in an attempt to steal a base, taking the defending infielders by surprise.
