Win the highest bet at the Fights - 10
Once the Barracks is available, you'll be able go to the Fights. This is a unarmed mercenary fighting arena. You will have to knock out a certain amount of mercenaries in the tight time limit; there are 5 rounds you have to defeat, with each being able to place a bet, the next level becomes available once the previous level has been completed.
You need to work your way up to the highest level and place a max wager on yourself to win, then win the round.
