There are 5 Thirty Harlequins located around Rome;
Campagna District - West of the Barracks Tunnel, near a small building, near a cliff.
Centro District - Underneath the Bridge in the South-East of the District.
Centro District - West of the Rosa in Fiore Tunnel, on the docks, on the stairs.
Centro District - East of the Bridge to Castel Saint'Angelo, on the stairs to the river, in the North.
Centro District - Just North of the Augustus Mausoleum Tunnel, on the stairs, near the river.
You need to make you don't kill them; ie stabbing them or pushing them into water or off a cliff
