Double Assassinate from a Parachute - 20
The Parachute becomes available after completion all of the Leonardo's War Machine Missions. Then Parachutes can be bought from Tailors Shops.
You need to find 2 guards who are standing around talk to each other, who are standing near a building which is tall enough for you to use the Parachute. Parachute above them and perform a Double Assassination.
