To get the Raiden Skin, you need to get at least a Bronze Medal in all of the Animus Virtual Training Program. You can access the Virtual Training Program anytime in the Main Menu. There are 4 Training Programs Categories to choose from, each having multiple tasks with 3 levels of completion - Bronze, Silver & Gold.
Animus Virtual Training Program Categories:
Free Run
Stealth Assassination
Locate
Combat
The Raiden Skin can be "worn" once all programs have a Bronze Medal. Raiden is the Cyborg Ninja from the Metal Gear series.
