Sun 4 guards at once by throwing sand in their face - 10
You first need to learn how to throw sand - talk to the Combat Tutorial Teacher in Monteriggioni.
Counted as a Special Move - Unarmed Combat it is free to learn. He will then teach you to lock onto a target and throw sand at your enemies to stun them.
Now you need to find a couple of guards to throw sand at them. I found it easiest to look for a group of 4 guards who are standing around in the street or who are protect a treasure box. If once you have them lined up you can throw sand in their face, stunning them.
This may take a couple of attempts, and it seems like it sometimes just punches them instead.
