You can choose any race in the game, shorter race would be best... you can destroy destructible signs and construction fences, but not large fences, large signs, walls, trees, other cars, etc.
This is a reference to the Brake Horse Power which the vehicle has in the game, in real life the Koenigsegg has 1,797bph. Making it the most powerful production car ever made. (Accurate at the time of posting)
