Head to Nassau and talk to Vance Travers at the Templar Hunt Marker.
Locate Upton's Men and follow them, eavesdropping in their conversation until they reach the Compound.
Find Upton Travers and attempt to kill him.
Mission 2: The Other Brother
Head to the Templar Hunt Marker and speak with Upton.
Follow him until you are told to hide in the brushes.
Follow Upton and Vance Travers to the Market Square where a thief will approach, kill the Thief.
Continue to follow Upton and Vance Travers where a second Thief will approach, kill the Thief.
Continue to follow Upton and Vance Travers where a third Thief will approach, kill the Thief.
Continue to follow Upton and Vance Travers, they will split and then follow Vance.
Eavesdrop on Vance Travers and Jing Lang's conversation.
Then chase after Upton's Killer and kill the killer.
Mission 3: Upton's Sorrow
Return to Upton Travers at the Templar Hunt Mission.
Defend Upton Travers and beat up a gang of men.
Defend Upton Travers and kill the two waves of guards.
Mission 4: Queen of Pirates, King of Fools
Return to Upton Travers at the Templar Hunt Mission.
Locate Vance Travers and kill him.
Chase Jing Lang and kill her.
