Mida Multi-Tool is a Exotic Scout Rifle.
Mida Mini-Tool is a Legendary Submachine Gun.
You need to complete the quest found in the EDZ, near the Church, called the "Enhance! Quest".
Once you complete the quest; you will be given the continue "Enhance! Quest", from Devrim Kay.
Once you complete the quest; you will be given the "Experimental Treatment Quest", from Devrim Kay.
Once you have completed the three quests, Devrim Kay will give you the Mida Mini-Tool.
You then need to talk to Banshee-44, who will give you the "Sight, Shoot, Repeat Quest", which has two Objectives:
Objective 1 - Kill 50 Enemies with Precision Shots (Head Shots)
Objective 2 - Kill 2 Enemies without reloading, 25 Times
Once you have completed the quest, return to Banshee-44, he will give you the "Under The Hood Quest", which can be annoying... this can take a couple of hours of grinding to collect 5 scout rifles.
Objective 1 - Dismantle 5 Scout Rifles.

Objective 1 - Kill 50 Enemies, while airborne, with a Submachine Gun.

Both Mida Weapons will give you a speed increase, if you have both weapons on hand, the speed increase is doubled once again, making you 0.5 times faster than normal. The Mida Multi-Tool also has the ability to show the radar while zoomed in down the scope.
