Kill 3 Talons with a single mid-air grenade detonation - 10

This can be done in any level or in multiplayer, but it is the easiest to do in Mission 2: New World.

You need to continue through the mission, until you are chasing the mole. As you make your way onto the roofs you will encounter a couple of swarms of talons. You then need to time so that the grenade will explode and destroy 3 of the Talons at once.

Once when you are in "Cyber Mode", you can see where the grenade is going to, also holding the grenade, you can see where the grenade will explode in it's arc.
