The Winstrates & the Electric Gym (Update 19/4/19)

In Pokemon Emerald, I defeated all the trainers I could in the surrounding routes of Mauville City. I need battle against the Winstrate Family; Victor, Victoria, Vivi & Vicky - getting the Macho Brace as a prize. I then defeat the Electric Gym and caught myself a Poochyena to learn Rock Smash so I could continue through the game.

In Trials Rising, I was able to perform a 10 second Endo, getting the 10 Gamerscore Achievement, "Endless Endo".
