This is a reference to the British TV Motoring Show, Top Gear, in which celebrities are invite to race around the Top Gear Test Track in a Reasonably Priced Car, seeing who is the fastest celebrity. The KIA Cee'd is the 3rd Reasonably Priced Car; others being: Suzuki Liana, Chevrolet Lacetti & Vauxhall Astra. The Long-Running Joke with the KIA is that it is Red but Jeremy Clarkson insisting that it is Brown.
