Tame and Ride 5 Dragons - 20
First you will need all three words for Bend Will Shout.
You then need to find a Dragon, they are mainly situated at Summits. Once you get close to them, Shout all three words of Bend Will; this should tame the Dragon. There is a chance that you cannot tame it, this could be done to your level, level of the dragon or the type of the dragon.
Once tamed, you need to ride the Dragon, you don't have to ride it far, you just need to sit on its back.
