Then you need to Fly to Cinnabar Island and walk to the East Side of the Island. You then need to Surf up and down, staying on the hex pattern of the East Side of the Island. So you are surfing half in the water and half on the land. Stay on the Coast of Cinnabar Island. You need to keep going to encounter MissingNo.

It will vary from Level 50 to 140. MissingNo. is extremely slow and has 1 HP. It's capture rate is extremely low. It will come in two different types; either - Normal/Bird OR Normal/999. It two moves; Water Gun and Sky Attack. MissingNo. Pokedex Number is 00 or 'M.
