In Shadows of Evil, Kill 10 Zombies ensnared by a Widow's Wine Grenade - 25
The Widow's Wine Machine is in the abandoned train car room, getting there through a rift.
The Perk will cost you 4000 Points.
What Widow's Wine does is that it turns all grenades in to Semtex Grenades, which damage zombies as well as ensnaring them in a Spider's Web which makes them extremely slow. Also if you get hit by a zombie, a Widow's Wine Grenade will go off and ensnare multiple zombies in a close area, but only if you have any grenades left - no grenades, no widow's wine effect.
All you have to do then is ensnare 10 zombies with the Widow's Wine Grenades.
