Kill 6 Enemies affected by one Blinding Swarm or Firefly Swarm - 20
You need to buy the Blinding Swarm Cyber Core.
This can be done in any mission, it is the easiest in Mission 4 - Provocation.
You need to continue through the level when come through a small cave arch with around 10 NRC Soldiers waiting for you round the corner. You need to activate your cybernetic ability, allowing the blinding swarm to affect at least 6 soldiers, killing them while they are affect by it.
