Find a Buried Treasure - 10
This can be done throughout the game, but it can be done in the first mission, after you have caught, killed and stolen the Assassin's Outfit from the assassin Duncan. Before getting on the boat to get on the Gentleman Pirate's Ship, pick up the Treasure Map from the corpse on the shore.
Reading the map, turn around and walk into the cave, swimming a little way to the far shore of the cave. You are able to dig up the treasure and collect Reals.
In real life, it was very rare that pirate actually buried their treasure, the only known pirate to bury his treasure is William Kidd. It was made popular by the book Treasure Island where Captain Flint buried his treasure, coming back to dig it up later.
