Maintain superspeed for a full second - 100
This can be done in Practice Solo Run.
This is the easiest to do on the level "Mansion".
Run towards the updraft and land on the middle level so you can knock the blocks out of the way. Then stand on the speed boost to collect a full bar of boost.
Then drop down again and then run back up the updraft and swing off of the Grappling Surface a couple of times, then using that momentum, fall down on to the diagonal floor, running backwards, holding RT to use your boost. This will activate Super Speed, you should maintain it for at least 1 second.
