Beat the par time of a mission in Score Attack - 20
Any Mission (I chose Battle of Sunaion)
In the mission options, you must turn on Score Attack
In Battle of Sunaion, you have got 22 minutes to complete the mission. I completed it in 17 minutes, without rushing. Complete the mission some what quickly, killing enemies fast. When you get to the large room where you can get into a Mantis, don't. Get into a Ghost which to the right of the Mantis. Now boost towards the end and fight the Arbiter.
This achievement is a reference to the fable of the Tortoise and the Hare. With "The Tortise" Achievement also being a reference to the same story. The Hare was fast but stopped for a rest, where the Tortoise pasted the Hare while the Hare was having a nap.
