Perform 25 Perfect Active Reloads - 10
To perform a Perfect Active Reload you have to press the Right Bumper when the Active Reloading bar is in the bright white part of the Active Reloading Bar. The Perfect Reload is just before the fading Standard Reload Bar.
You'll know when you did a Perfect Active Reload because the ammo will now flash.
