In Fyrestone. where SATURN spawns. There is a bus stop, which you can climb on top of, via the back. Jumping on top of the railing, then the Plate on the wall, then onto the roof. Open the Red Chest.

This achievement is a reference to the original Borderlands game. In the original, you begin at Fyrestone, arriving at the bus stop after Marcus drops the players of from the bus.
