You can buy a lower Class Car then upgrade or win a Rally Monster Forza Edition, it doesn't matter, you just need to complete a race with it.
The term Rally Monsters, is given to the Group B Rally Cars between 1983 to 1986, the cars in this Group had little regulations, allowing the cars to faster and lighter than ever before. Group B was cancelled in 1986 after the multiple deaths and injuries to drivers, co-drivers and spectators.
