Get 258mph on a Speed Trap in the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport - 20
The Bugatti Veyron Super Sport costs £2,200,000... so have saving up for it later in the game.
You will also have to upgrade it fully to X Class to even have a chance to get target speed.
It is easiest to get the target speed on the M68 Speed Trap, heading North, as it has the "longest" run-up in the game. I was start back from the motorway overpass near the Coombe Speed Trap. On my third attempt I was able to pull 260.52mph.
The top speed of the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport is 267.856mph, but it has been electronically limited to 258mph to protect the tyres from destroying themselves. This makes the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport the second fastest production car, after the Koenigsegg Agera RS.
