Perform 30 Complete Brutal Takedowns - 30
This can be done with either Evie Frye or Jack the Ripper.
Evie Frye's Brutal Takedowns are quicker to do and don't kill but do frighten enemies.
Jack the Ripper's Brutal Takedowns are longer but kill the enemy, mutilating them.
Brutal Takedowns are performed by holding X, instead of tapping X, doing so will start the Brutal Takedown Sequence.
