Gather all 16 Colour of Wool - 30

You are going to need;

At least 16 Pieces of Wool

White Wool - Found from Sheep

Black Wool - Found from Sheep, or Dye it with an Ink Sac which can be dropped by Squids

Grey Wool - Found from Sheep, or Grey Dye is made with an Ink Sac and Bone Meal

Light Grey Wool - Found from Sheep, or Dye it with Light Grey Dye

Light Grey Dye is made from Bone Meal and an Ink Sac

Red Wool - Red Dye can be made from Roses

Yellow Wool - Yellow Dye can be made from Dandelions

Orange Wool - Orange Dye can be made from Yellow Dye and Red Dye.

Green Wool - Green Dye can be made by smelting a Cactus.

Lime Green Wool - Lime Green Dye can be made Green Dye and Bone Meal.

Blue Wool - Blue Wool can be made with Lapis Lazuli

Light Blue Wool - Light Blue Dye can be made with Lapis Lazuli and Bone Meal

Cyan Wool - Cyan Dye can be made with Lapis Lazuli and Green Dye

Pink Wool - Pink Dye can be made with Red Dye and Bone Meal

Magenta Wool - Magenta Wool can be made with Pink Dye and Purple Dye

Purple Wool - Purple Dye can be made with Red Dye and Lapis Lazuli

Brown Wool - Found from Sheep or can be made with Coco Beans.
