Flip five vehicles by shooting their horses - 15
Firstly, I recommend you upgrade the Firearm to something with more than 2 shots per clip.
Secondly, it is easiest to do this while in either a Bounty Hunter Mission, Heist Mission or Hijack Mission. Once you get into the carriage, Blighter Carriages will begin to chase you and want to ram you off the road. Once the Blight Carriage comes along side yours, jump onto the roof and kill their horse(s), headshots are going to work the best, if not the horse may get scared and gallop away down a different street. Once the horse has been killed, the carriage will flip over the dead body, killing the driver. You need to do this 5 times.
