Perform a zero fault run in Neo Bradford whilst wearing the Neo Hooligan Outfit - 25
You need to equip all parts to the Neo Hooligan Outfit.
Then you need to do a zero-fault run on Neo Bradford. This is a Medium Track, so it may take a couple of try to do. I recommend the Pit Viper Bike. Note that you don't always need to full throttle up the ramps.
